The bedroom is on the main level of the home and is fitted with a queen size bed. The living room also has a couch. The upper level/loft has 1 full and 1 twin floor bed with ladder step access to a loft and a spare air mattress. If you need baby gear/equipment for your stay, message us ahead of time to help arrange items to ensure you have a comfortable and cozy stay. ☆☆BATHROOM☆☆ There is one full bathroom stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. ☆☆KITCHEN & LOUNGE☆☆ The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. This thoughtfully designed area also provides an eating nook with 2 bar stools to enjoy a nice meal in front of our entertainment system. This space can also be turned into a work space for all remote workers with a power station. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆ The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous views. The cabin is set far back from the small road and is very private and secure. There are many state forests near by with tons of hiking trails to explore. A porch that looks out to the forest with direct access to hiking trails or snow mobile trails. A quaint seating area on the porch and a bbq for grilling that is situated next to the fire pit. ☆☆DOG FRIENDLY☆☆ Every member of the family is welcome – including your furry friends! Nestled in a serene neighborhood, our dog-friendly haven invites you to bring along your beloved companions for a truly memorable stay.

Minimum Age Rental = 21 years old ✅ Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement & ID verification ✅ You may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional fee per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include: Additional wood - $60 2 hr late check out - $30 4 hr late check out - $60 6 hr late check out - $90 CHECK IN/OUT: 1)Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, kindly send request through the HappyGuest portal. (Subject for approval) 2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a $250 fee. GUEST CHECK IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. 3) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one. HOUSE SUPPLIES We provide a starter supply of essentials such as dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. TV Streaming service logins are not provided. wi-fi / phone service This can be spotty at times due to the area / secluded location FIREPIT 1) Wood or fire starter equipment is not provided, if you would like a shipment prior to arrival for fire pit use please check the HappyGuest portal to order. pit use please message us to arrange for you. 2) Fire pit must be covered at all times when not in use. 3) Please ensure fire is not left on unattended or overnight.
