The bedroom is on the main level of the home and is fitted with a queen size bed. The living room also has a couch. The upper level/loft has 1 full and 1 twin floor bed with ladder step access to a loft and a spare air mattress. If you need baby gear/equipment for your stay, message us ahead of time to help arrange items to ensure you have a comfortable and cozy stay. ☆☆BATHROOM☆☆ There is one full bathroom stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. ☆☆KITCHEN & LOUNGE☆☆ The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. This thoughtfully designed area also provides an eating nook with 2 bar stools to enjoy a nice meal in front of our entertainment system. This space can also be turned into a work space for all remote workers with a power station. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆ The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous views. The cabin is set far back from the small road and is very private and secure. There are many state forests near by with tons of hiking trails to explore. A porch that looks out to the forest with direct access to hiking trails or snow mobile trails. A quaint seating area on the porch and a bbq for grilling that is situated next to the fire pit. ☆☆DOG FRIENDLY☆☆ Every member of the family is welcome – including your furry friends! Nestled in a serene neighborhood, our dog-friendly haven invites you to bring along your beloved companions for a truly memorable stay.
Other Details to Note
CHECK IN/OUT: 1) Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, please message us for any requests. The Fees are as follows: 1-3 hours = $50 3-5 hours= $75 5+ hours= $125 2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will incur a $250 fee. GUEST CHECK IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. 3) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one. PET RULES: 1) No Cats Allowed 2) 2 Pet maximum - Pets must be added to the guest count on the reservation. 3) Undisclosed pets or guests will result in a $150 fine on top of the required payments. 4) Pets can not be left unattended outside the home, including the front or backyard. 5)Please pick up after your pets including inside/outside of home. NO SMOKING 1)Any detection of smoking from our home device will be subject to a $250 fine to clean premises of odor. TRASH RULES 1) Trash will be taken by the cleaning crew upon departure. 2)If you need an earlier trash pick up please message us to coordinate. FIREPIT (BURN BAN IN EFFECT CURRENTLY DUE TO DROUGHT- CANT BE USED CURRENTLY) FIREPIT 1) Wood or fire starter equipment is not provided, if you would like a shipment prior to arrival for fire pit use please message us to arrange for you. 2) Fire pit must be covered at all times when not in use. 3) Please ensure fire is not left on unattended or overnight. PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE 1) Please note Lawn Services or maintenance may come during your stay. We ask for your cooperation during this time to ensure the beauty of the home and nature around you!
