Minimum Age Rental Requirement = 21 years old ✅ Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement & ID verification ✅ Security hold of $200 for any damages- hold is released within 7-10 days. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. PLEASE NOTE: * We take guest security & safety seriously * Guests must complete an easy, online check-in with a Rental Agreement, ID check, & an option damage waiver * If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to illness, weather, or travel related situations. CHECK IN/OUT: 1)Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, kindly send request through the Happy Guest portal. (Subject for approval) 2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a $250 fee. GUEST CHECK IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. 3) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet if you are bringing one. WILDLIFE Please note: As our home is nestled in the Catskills, it’s possible to see or hear local wildlife such as mice, chipmunks, squirrels, deer, raccoons, or even the occasional bear. We do our best to prevent indoor visits with routine pest control, but nature is all around here! HOUSE SUPPLIES We provide a starter supply of essentials such as dish pods, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. We do not supply mid stay if you are out of starter pack supplies. please plan accordingly on purchasing some of your own items. SMART TV Streaming service logins are not provided . FIREPLACE 1) The living room fireplace is wood burning for duralogs. FIREPIT 1) Wood or supplies are not provided but can be arranged to have delivered upon request. LAUNDRY SERVICES 1) The home is not equipped with a washer/ dryer but there is a laundry mat down the block ( 2 min drive) PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE 1) Please note Lawn Services typically come in some days, we ask for your cooperation during this time if the services come during your stay. 2) As part of our local practicing Jewish/Kosher community, a rabbi makes a brief visit outside the home every Friday for a quick inspection, usually lasting just a few minutes. 🌨️ WINTER REMINDER We recommend 4-wheel drive during winter months. Salt and a shovel are provided at the property for emergencies. Please note, snow plowing is handled by the community township and their schedule is not controlled by us and we are unable to arrange plowing at specific times to accommodate check in or check out. Please plan accordingly to ensure safety while driving to and from our property
