Minimum Rental Age: 25 Years Old ✅ We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. This will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days after your check out date. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. PLEASE NOTE: • Guest safety and property security are very important to us. • All guests are required to complete a simple online check-in process, which includes: Rental Agreement ID Verification Optional Damage Waiver • If you declined Airbnb travel insurance, we highly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance. Refunds cannot be provided for illness, weather, or travel-related interruptions. GUEST CHECK-IN: Entry is through a secure keyless entry system. Guest arrival may be monitored via exterior security cameras for safety purposes. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests and pets. WILDLIFE As our home is nestled in the Poconos, you may occasionally see or hear local wildlife such as deer, chipmunks, squirrels, raccoons, bugs/spiders/ants, or even the occasional bear. Routine pest control is performed, but nature is part of the mountain experience. HOUSE SUPPLIES We provide a starter supply of essentials including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper to help you settle in comfortably. For longer stays or larger groups, we recommend bringing additional supplies, as mid-stay replenishments are not provided. SMART TVs Streaming services are not included. Guests are welcome to log into their personal streaming accounts during their stay. FIREPIT Firewood is not included but can be purchased in advance to ensure it is available upon arrival. Please contact us directly for arrangements. FIREPLACE The downstairs fireplace is for display only and may not be used. The living room fireplace is fully functional for guest use. POOL Seasonal pool access is available from approximately mid-May through September. We recommend bringing additional pool or hot tub towels if needed. LAUNDRY AREA Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Some leftover supplies may be available from previous guests, but we recommend bringing any laundry essentials you may need during your stay. GRILL / BBQ Please clean and cover the grill after use.
