The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots GUEST CHECK-IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check-in screening will occur via a security camera. 3) Please ensure the reservation accounts for the correct number of guests and a pet (2 pets maximum) if you bring one. HOUSE SUPPLIES We provide a starter supply of essentials such as dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. SMART TVs Streaming service logins are not provided, you may use your own logins to stream.
