CHECK-IN/OUT: 1) Early Check-in or late check-out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, please message us for any requests. The Fees are as follows: up to 3 hours = $100 up to 5 hours= $175 up to 7 hours= $250 2) Failure to leave at scheduled check-out time will incur a $250 fee. GUEST CHECK-IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check-in screening will occur via a security camera. 3) Please ensure the reservation accounts for the correct number of guests and a pet (2 pets maximum) if you bring one. HOUSE RULES 1) No smoking 2) No parties 3) Quiet hours 11p-7a PET RULES: 1) 2 Pet maximum - Pets must be added to the guest count on the reservation. 2) Undisclosed pets or guests will result in a $150 fine on top of the required payments. 3) Pets can not be left unattended outside the home, including the front or backyard. 4) Please pick up after your pets including inside/outside of the home. FIREPIT ( BURN BAN IN EFFECT CURRENTLY DUE TO DROUGHT- CANT BE USED CURRENTLY) 1) Firewood is not provided but packages can be purchased ahead of time to ensure there is wood upon arrival. Contact us directly. FIREPLACE 1) Fireplace downstairs is for display only. Not to be used. 2) Living room fireplace works and is functional. HOT TUB 1) Do not add ANY oils/soaps/bubbles/liquids to the hot tub. $250 fine to any guest if liquids are added. 2) Please rinse off before use to reduce contaminants 3) Enter and exit slowly 4) No jumping or diving in 5) Do not bring glass in or near hot tub 6) Elderly or pregnant people should consult a doctor prior to 7) Children must be supervised by an adult at all times 8) Leave temperature on 96 when not in use 9) Turn the jets off and return cover back on when not in use to maintain heat and keep debris out. 10) Although towels are provided for the stay, please plan accordingly and pack more pool towels for the hot tub use. POOL RULES 1) Seasonal use (open May to September) 2) Please pack additional pool towels if needed. CAR RULES 1) 4-5 car maximum on premises 2) No Street parking LAUNDRY SPACE 1) Washer/dryer located in the home for use 2) Some supplies may be left over by previous guests but please plan accordingly and pack essentials needed if you plan on doing wash during your stay. PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE 1) Please note house maintenance or services may come at some point during your stay for routine care on the property (ex: lawn), we ask for your cooperation during this time if the services come during your stay. TRASH RULES 1) Please place trash outside Tuesday night for Wednesday pickup if you are staying during this time. 2)All other trash can be left closed and tied in the house for cleaners to take with them. 3) Wildlife may get into them, please ensure all garbage is placed back in the bin in the event you put the garbage outside and wildlife gets into it.
