This thoughtfully designed area also provides 2 dinning tables and an island to enjoy a nice meal with views to the backyard and fire pit. This also has walk out access directly to the backyard deck, grill and eating space. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆ Beautiful deck that looks out to fire pit space where you can enjoy roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with your friends or family. A BBQ grill is also on the deck with two outdoor dinning tables and seating with cushions to relax and enjoy the day. ☆☆ COMMUNITY☆☆ Within the community you will find both an indoor and outdoor pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground/park, multiple lakes with a beach for swimming, fishing, boating, community fitness center, hiking trails and 24 hour security patrols.

*Minimum age to make a reservation is 25 years * No smoking- smokers will be fined $250 * No parties * Quiet Hours 10pm - 7 am. CHECK IN/OUT: 1) Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, please message us for any requests. The Fees are as follows: 1-3 hours = $75 3-5 hours= $125 5+ hours= $200 2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a $250 fee. GUEST CHECK IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. 3) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one. PET RULES: 1) 2 Pet maximum - Pets must be added to the guest count on the reservation. 2) Undisclosed pets or guests will result in a $150 fine on top of the required payments. 3) Pets can not be left unattended outside the home, including the front or backyard. 4) Please pick up after your pets including inside/outside of home. 5) All pets must be on leash in the community area FIREPIT (BURN BAN IN EFFECT CURRENTLY DUE TO DROUGHT- CANT BE USED CURRENTLY) FIREPIT & PELETT STOVE 1) Wood or supplies are not provided but can be arranged to be delivered upon request. HOT TUB 1) Please refer to the guidebook for instructions on using the hot tub if you are not familiar with the modes/temperature setting. Failure to use it correctly can result in not having the correct temperature or setting on. 2) Do not add ANY oils/soaps/bubbles/liquids to the hot tub. A $250 fine to any guest if liquids are added to rebalance the tub. 3) Please rinse off prior to use to reduce contaminants 4) Enter and exit slowly 5) No jumping or diving in 6) Do not bring glass in or near hot tub 7) Elderly or pregnant people should consult a doctor prior to 8) Children must be supervised by an adult at all times 9) Leave temperature on 96-100, jets off, and cover on when not in use to preserve the temperature for future use. 10) Although towels are provided for the stay, please plan accordingly and pack more pool towels for the hot tub use. TRASH RULES 1) Trash must be placed at the compactor site : 1112 Glade Drive, Long Pond, PA 18334, the pass is under the plant in the kitchen on the shelf to the left. Please return that back to the same place as found after trash has be dropped off. Hours for drop off are Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday/ Sunday 9:00 am -5:00 pm. 2)Must separate recyclables such as plastic, glass and aluminum and deposit them in the appropriate dumpster. COMMUNITY RULES 1) All Emerald Lakes amenities are available with purchase of passes for an additional fee. 1 day pass are $20/person, 3 day passes are $30/person, 7 day passes are $50/person. Passes can be purchased on- site at the pool/community center or administration office located at 1112 Glade Dr S, Long Pond PA PARKING: 1) 5 vehicles can be parked in the driveway LAUNDRY SPACE 1) Washer/dryer located in the home for use 2) Some supplies may be left over by previous guests but please plan accordingly and pack essentials needed if you plan on doing wash during your stay.
