The master bedroom includes a walk-in shower and soaking tub and all bathrooms are fully stocked with soaps, shampoos, conditioners, towels, and essentials. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and a dining area that seats 8 to enjoy meals with forest views. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM☆☆ This home has two living room spaces one on each level that feature a wood burning fireplace. The lower level also includes a sound bar and karaoke machine with games and poker. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ A spacious double deck with a swing leads to a backyard fire pit where you can roast marshmallows and unwind under the stars. A Charbroil grill is available on the deck for BBQs.

Minimum Age Rental Requirement = 25 years old ✅ Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement & ID verification HOA Form/Administration Late Fee: *MUST be filled out completely and submitted no less than 72 hours before check in. Failure to do so, will result in a late community administration fee of $75. Bookings within 72 hours are subject to an additional $75 after booking from the community as well. CHECK IN/OUT: 1)Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, kindly send request through the HappyGuest portal. (Subject for approval) 2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a fee. GUEST CHECK IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. 3) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one. HOUSE SUPPLIES We provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper, to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. We do not supply mid-stay if you are with us for more than 3 days. Please plan accordingly to purchase some of your own items. SMART TV Streaming service logins are not provided . LAUNDRY SPACE 1) Washer/dryer located in the home for use 2) Some supplies may be left over by previous guests but please plan accordingly and pack essentials needed if you plan on doing wash during your stay. FIREPLACE 1) Fireplace downstairs is wood burning. There is a switch on the side for exhaust fan (smoke). The one upstairs is only for display currently. 2) Electric Fireplace in garage can be operated by remote. FIREPIT 1) Wood or supplies are not provided but can be arranged to have delivered upon request. PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE 1) Please note Lawn Services typically come on Wednesday, we ask for your cooperation during this time if the services come during your stay. ✅ You may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional fee per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
