Living Room: 2 couches ☆☆BATHROOMS☆☆ There are 2 bathrooms stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The bathroom upstairs has a jacuzzi bathtub and the bathroom downstairs is a walk in shower. ☆☆KITCHEN & DINNING AREA ☆☆ The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. This thoughtfully designed area also provides a dinning table to enjoy a nice meal with family and friends or a small eating nook/peninsula with 3 bar stool chairs to enjoy coffee. ☆☆LAUNDRY SPACE☆☆ Washer/dryer is accessible in the home. ☆☆ GAME ROOM☆☆ Equipped with a sofa couch that can be converted to a 2 person cot. Board games and kids toys and Foosball mini table. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆ Beautiful deck with a hot tub that looks out to the fire pit space where you can enjoy roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with your friends or family. A BBQ grill with ample outdoor seating/furniture is also on the deck.

* No smoking * No parties * Quiet Hours 10pm - 7 am. CHECK IN/OUT: 1) Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, please message us for any requests. The Fees are as follows: 1-3 hours = $50 3-5 hours= $75 5+ hours= $125 2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a $250 fee. GUEST CHECK IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. 3) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one. PET RULES: 1) 2 Pet maximum - Pets must be added to the guest count on the reservation. 2) Undisclosed pets or guests will result in a $150 fine on top of the required payments. 3) Pets can not be left unattended outside the home, including the front or backyard. 4) Please pick up after your pets including inside/outside of home. FIREPIT (BURN BAN IN EFFECT CURRENTLY DUE TO DROUGHT- CANT BE USED CURRENTLY) FIREPIT 1) Wood or supplies are not provided but can be arranged to have delivered upon request. FIREPLACE 1) The fireplace instructions for use can be found in the guidebook. Please follow these instructions carefully to turn on and off the flame. HOT TUB 1) Please refer to the guidebook for instructions on using the hot tub if you are not familiar with the modes/temperature setting. Failure to use it correctly can result in not having the correct temperature or setting on. 2) Do not add ANY oils/soaps/bubbles/liquids to the hot tub. A $250 fine to any guest if liquids are added to rebalance the tub. 3) Please rinse off prior to use to reduce contaminants 4) Enter and exit slowly 5) No jumping or diving in 6) Do not bring glass in or near hot tub 7) Elderly or pregnant people should consult a doctor prior to 8) Children must be supervised by an adult at all times 9) Leave temperature on 96-100, jets off, and cover on when not in use to preserve the temperature for future use. 10) Although towels are provided for the stay, please plan accordingly and pack more pool towels for the hot tub use. CAR RULES 1) 5 car maximum on premises. No Street parking. LAUNDRY SPACE 1) Washer/dryer located in the home for use 2) Some supplies may be left over by previous guests but please plan accordingly and pack essentials needed if you plan on doing wash during your stay.
