One bathroom has a walk in shower fully stocked with soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. ☆☆KITCHEN & LOUNGE☆☆ The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. This thoughtfully designed area also provides a dinning table to enjoy a nice meal with views of the lake. ☆☆GAMES ☆☆ The house has poker chips/cards, board games and cornhole! ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆ Beautiful deck that looks out to fire pit space where you can enjoy roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with your friends or family. A BBQ grill is also on the deck. Direct access to West Canada creek by passing the small inlet in front of the home or walking across the island directly to it.

The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include: Additional wood , check in and check out options, etc CHECK IN/OUT: 1)Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, kindly send request through the HappyGuest portal. (Subject for approval) 2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a fee. GUEST CHECK IN: * Entry will be by keyless entry. * Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. * Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one. HOUSE SUPPLIES We provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper, to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. We do not supply mid-stay if you are with us for more than 3 days. Please plan accordingly to purchase some of your own items. SMART TV and FIRESTICK Streaming service logins are not provided. FIREPIT * Wood or fire starter equipment is not provided, if you would like a shipment prior to arrival for fire pit use please check the HappyGuest portal to order. * Fire pit must be covered at all times when not in use. * Please ensure fire is not left unattended or overnight.
