Damage waiver purchases are optional, If not a security hold is required. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. PLEASE NOTE: * We take guest security & safety seriously * Guests must complete an easy, online check-in with a Rental Agreement, ID check, & an option damage waiver or security hold (if no waiver) * If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to illness, weather, or travel related situations. CHECK IN/OUT: * Late check out fee will apply if cleaners are awaiting to get inside the property to clean for the next guests coming in. GUEST CHECK IN: * Entry will be by keyless entry. * Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. * Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and pets if you are bringing one. HOUSE SUPPLIES We provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper, to help you settle in comfortably. PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE * Please note Lawn Services or routine snow maintenance may come during your stay. We ask for your cooperation during this time to ensure the beauty of the home and nature around you! WILDLIFE Please note: As our home is nestled in the Poconos, it’s possible to see or hear local wildlife such as mice, chipmunks, bugs, spiders, squirrels, deer, raccoons, or even the occasional bear. We do our best to prevent indoor visits with routine pest control, but nature is all around here! 🌨️ WINTER REMINDER We recommend 4-wheel drive during winter months. Salt and a shovel are provided at the property for emergencies. Please note, snow plowing is handled by the community township and their schedule is not controlled by us and we are unable to arrange plowing at specific times to accommodate check in or check out. Please plan accordingly to ensure safety while driving to and from our property
