LIVING & DINING The heart of the home is our rustic living space, where timeless cabin charm meets modern comfort. Soaring cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams and skylights. Oversized leather sectional for movie nights on the large smart TV. Stunning stone fireplace providing a cozy ambiance. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and a large island. A 16-seat dining table perfect for enjoying large group meals together. INDOOR POOL & HOT TUB Enjoy year-round fun in the 1,500+ sq ft private natatorium. Heated, L-shaped saltwater pool perfect for swimming or relaxing. Large, creek-facing windows and a streaming projector to watch movies poolside. Outdoor hot tub housed in a covered gazebo for all-weather relaxation. Pool temperature has been set to a maximum of 86°F. OUTDOOR LIVING Your private retreat includes over 150 feet of direct frontage on Bushkill Creek. Gather around the fire pit in Adirondack chairs. Enjoy a meal at the large outdoor picnic table. Fire up the BBQ for a cookout. An open yard perfect for games and exploring with mountain and water views. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS With six comfortable bedrooms, the cabin is perfect for large groups and families. Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): King Bed Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King Bed Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): 2 Twin Beds & 1 twin bed in loft Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): 1 double bed & 1 twin bed in loft Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): King Bed Bedroom 6 (Downstairs): Bunk bed (double over double) Three full bathrooms are stocked with a starter supply of essentials. FAMILY & WORK-FRIENDLY We welcome guests of all ages with amenities like children's books, toys, and dinnerware. A dedicated workspace is available for those needing to stay connected.

Minimum Age Rental = 25 ✅ We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. This will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days after your check out date. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. PLEASE NOTE: * If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to illness, weather, or travel related situations. CHECK IN/OUT: * Late check out fee will apply if cleaners are awaiting to get inside the property to clean for the next guests coming in. GUEST CHECK IN: * Entry will be by keyless entry. * Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. * Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and pets if you are bringing one. We are happy to welcome your furry friends. Please ensure they are included in your guest count when booking. We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and detergents. For longer stays or larger groups, we recommend bringing additional supplies. The smart TVs are ready for you to use. Please log in with your personal credentials for services like Netflix, Hulu, etc. FIREPIT: Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not provided but can be purchased and delivered before your arrival. Please let us know if you'd like to arrange this service. SAFETY & SECURITY: For your security, an exterior entry camera is in place to verify guest count. We also use noise decibel monitors inside and outside to ensure a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors; these devices do not record audio. POOL Life jackets/floaties are not provided. Please bring if needed pool temp is between 82 degrees all year round PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE * Please note Lawn Services or routine maintenance may come during your stay. We ask for your cooperation during this time to ensure the beauty of the home and nature around you! 🌨️ WINTER REMINDER We recommend 4-wheel drive during winter months. Salt and a shovel are provided at the property for emergencies. Please note, snow plowing is handled by the community township and their schedule is not controlled by us and we are unable to arrange plowing at specific times to accommodate check in or check out. Please plan accordingly to ensure safety while driving to and from our property WILDLIFE: Our home is nestled in nature. You may see local wildlife like deer, squirrels, or even an occasional bear. We perform routine pest control, but please remember you are in the mountains.
