The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional fee per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. We chose Christine's beautiful Pocono retreat of a home for a family reunion (adults, teens, and 4 under 4). And, while this home is in a great location, there was absolutely no need to leave the premises. A happy group we were - taking advantage of everything the house had to offer: S'mores around the fire pit, music streaming through the speakers, bubble baths in the jetted tubs, BBQs and outside dining, working up a sweat on the pickleball court, some family rivalry over pool volleyball, morning walks through the forest-of-ferns trail, late nights in the movie theater, cooking together in the well-appointed kitchen, enjoying each other's company in the great room and the outdoor space. Christine has the place well stocked with indoor and outdoor games, high chairs/portacribs for the little ones, comfy beds to lay your head, and even a doggie pillow/bowls for fur babies. Christine was exceptionally quick to respond to any inquiry we had and made us feel at home. Thanks, Christine!!

This place is better than 5 stars -- I would rate it at 10 if I could. We had 14 guests and it was excellent for everyone. Plenty of space. The location was really nice and secluded. The trail around the home was even relaxing with its benches here and there. Couldn't complain as the weather was in the mid 60's while there, but when the sun was out it was really pleasant. The indoor pool & the media room was utilized the most while there. We even had a couple of fires in the firepit and did some smores for fun. Between the indoor pool during the afternoon and at night and getting into the outdoor hot tub it was really great. During the day we would cook out and sit on the outdoor sofa's, played pickleball, played some crazy big block Jenga which was provided and played music with the outdoor speakers. All in all this place has everything you could ask for and more. This house was amazing & Christine our super host was very helpful. Will definitely be back. Thanks

My family and I were extremely pleased with Christine's place. we had a group of 20 raging from age 3 - 65 and everyone had an amazing time! we never left the house. The pool, hot tub, game room, theater, basket ball court and trail were all amazing and kept us entertained. Christine was very responsive and always able to assist. I will definitely book again!! Thank you Christine for hosting us😊

This house is really a phenomenal space and the pictures simply don't do it justice. The host, Christine, was incredibly proactive and did everything she could to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible from the weeks leading up to our stay. We had booked the house for a bachelor party, and it provided ample space for activities. The pool, arcade, and theater rooms are all spotless with all technology involved being very simple to work. The yard, too, provided a great space for outdoor games. The pickleball court was a massive hit! Christine continued to be an excellent host throughout, checking in to see if there were any questions we had or accommodations that needed to be made. Check-out Sunday morning was similarly easy, and I'd be quick to recommend this house to anyone looking for a similar space for their next event.

House was awesome. Movie theater was amazing. Tons of games to play. I do with pool sticks were in a little better shape but didn’t stop us from playing all weekend. Christine was great. Pickleball court was great. Overall had so much fun and want to come back.

This is by far the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in! Christine is a great communicator and the home is spectacular! Our group of 16 women had a blast in the pool and the movie theater. We could all fit at the dinner table and living room easily. The beds are so comfortable. The home felt luxurious. It was clean. I would absolutely love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend this air bnb!!

We had the best time in this house! Christine was an excellent host. The amenities in the house were incredible. The beds, particularly in the primary bedroom, were so comfortable. It was perfect for a winter getaway. With unpredictable weather in the Poconos during the winter, this house would be the perfect place to be snowed in as there is so much to do indoors! We definitely plan to stay here again!
