Minimum Age Rental = 25 CHECK IN/OUT: * Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, please message us for any requests. GUEST CHECK IN: * Entry will be by keyless entry. * Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. * Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one. Extra Guests: The house is designed to hold 20 people. With approval can accept up to 25. We will charge $50 for every guest over 20, up to 25 people max on the airbnb platform. If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests who are not approved are not permitted and we will request that you vacate the property. Please keep in mind we only have enough bedding, linens and towels for 20 guests. HOUSE RULES * No smoking * No parties PET RULES: * 2 Pet maximum - Pets must be added to the guest count on the reservation. * Undisclosed pets or guests will result in a $150 fine on top of the required payments. * Pets can not be left unattended outside the home, including the front or backyard. * Please pick up after your pets including inside/outside of home. HOT TUB 1) Do not add ANY oils/soaps/bubbles/liquids to the hot tub 2) $250 fine to any guest if liquids are added. 3) Please rinse off prior to use to reduce contaminants 4) Enter and exit slowly 5) No jumping or diving in 6) Do not bring glass in or near hot tub 7) Elderly or pregnant people should consult a doctor prior to 8) Children must be supervised by an adult at all times 9) Leave temperature on 96 when not in use 10)Turn the jets off and Return cover back on when not in use to maintain heat and keep debri out. CAR RULES * 5 car maximum on premises. No Street parking. TRASH RULES * Trash must be placed in the bins on the side of the house. PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE * Please note Lawn Services may come during your stay. We ask for your cooperation during this time to ensure the beauty of the home and nature around you! FIREPIT (BURN BAN IN EFFECT CURRENTLY DUE TO DROUGHT- CANT BE USED CURRENTLY) FIREPIT * Wood or fire starter equipment is not provided, if you would like a shipment prior to arrival for fire pit use please message us to arrange for you. * Fire pit must be covered at all times when not in use. * Please ensure fire is not left unattended or overnight.
