Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with trundle Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Loft area: Sleeper sofa (queen size) Living Room: Couch ☆☆BATHROOMS☆☆ There are 2 bathrooms stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other is a walk in shower. ☆☆KITCHEN & DINNING AREA☆☆ The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. This thoughtfully designed area also provides a dinning table to enjoy a nice meal with your loved ones. ☆☆LAUNDRY SPACE☆☆ Washer/dryer is accessible in the master bedroom. Detergent is not provided, please plan accordingly for use. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆ Beautiful deck that looks out to fire pit space where you can enjoy roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with your friends or family. A BBQ grill is also on the deck. ☆☆COMMUNITY AMENITIES☆☆ Beach & Playground: Our beach is open for swimming during the warmer months from dawn to dusk. Adjacent to the beach, we have a playground for children, also open dawn to dusk. Pavilion: Located near the beach, our pavilion is perfect for grilling and can be rented out for parties and gatherings. Ceramics & Events: We host ceramics classes on select weekends, usually on Sundays at 1 PM. Tennis & Pickleball Courts: Our courts are open daily from dawn to dusk. Clubhouse: Open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM (closed on Sundays). Inside the clubhouse, we offer a variety of activities including ping pong, a pool table, board games, books, movies to rent, and a basketball hoop game.

* No smoking- Fines of $250 issued if detector alerts for smoke use. * No parties * Quiet time: 11pm-8am * Kids under 18: curfew 11pm-5 am CHECK IN/OUT: 1) Infants under two years of age shall not be counted towards the limit of overnight occupants. 2) Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, please message us for any requests. The Fees are as follows to ensure this is possible: 1-2 hours = $50 2-4 hours= $75 4-7 hours= $125 4) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a $250 fee. 5) Single nights are prohibited (must be 2-14 nights) GUEST CHECK IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. 3) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one. 4) Maximum day guest to visit are 5 ($15 each guest additional charge) PET RULES: 1) 2 Pet maximum - Pets must be added to the guest count on the reservation. 2) Undisclosed pets or guests will result in a $150 fine on top of the required payments. 3) Pets can not be left unattended outside the home, including the front or backyard. 4) Please pick up after your pets including inside/outside of home. 5) All pets must be on leash in the community area FIREPIT (BURN BAN IN EFFECT CURRENTLY DUE TO DROUGHT- CANT BE USED CURRENTLY) FIREPIT 1) Wood or supplies are not provided but can be arranged to have delivered upon request although some supplies may be left over by previous guests. FIREPLACE 1)Fireplace in living room is not set up for use as of yet. will be finished by November 1 2) The master bedroom fireplace is set up and can be turned on. COMMUNITY RULES 1) Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. Each rental provides 10 bands. 2) All guests ages 6 and older must wear one. 3) Do not discard them after use. Wristbands are left inside the house upon arrival and must be returned to the wristband bowl upon departure. 4) Any missing bands will result in a $20 fine per band. CAR RULES 1) 3 car maximum on premises. No Street parking. 2) Car tags must be in car at all times, these will be left in the mailbox when you arrive. 3) Any additional cars will be $20 per pass. Unregistered cars are $75 fine LAUNDRY SPACE 1) Washer/dryer located in the home for use 2) Some supplies may be left over by previous guests but please plan accordingly and pack essentials needed if you plan on doing wash during your stay. TRASH RULES 1) Garbage must be taken to community center- 117 Thornberry Lane. The dumpsters are open everyday from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Except Wednesday. Wednesday hours are 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Please do not leave trash after hours. Must seperate recyclables. PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE 1) Please note Lawn Services may come during your stay. We ask for your cooperation during this time to ensure the beauty of the home and nature around you!
