All bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 1: 1 King bed Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds Bedroom 4: 1 Twin Bunk bed Living Room: Couch ☆☆BATHROOMS☆☆ There are 2.5 bathrooms stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. ☆☆KITCHEN & LOUNGE☆☆ The kitchen is equipped with appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. This thoughtfully designed area also provides a dinning table to enjoy a nice meal with views of the lake. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆ The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous lakefront views directly from the backyard patio or deck. Whether relaxing on the dock and sipping coffee or lighting a fire during sunset, theres something for everyone. Two Kayak on the property with adult life jackets. Catch and release fishing directly from the dock. You can bring your own fishing poles as we do not provide it. Hammock for lounging. ☆☆ COMMUNITY☆☆ Throughout the year, our Playground, Basketball Courts, and Fishing Lakes remain open for use daily from 7 AM until dusk. The Swimming Lake and pool area are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year. The hours for these areas are as follows: Swimming Lake: 7 AM - Dusk Pool: 11 AM - 7 PM Please note that all swimming areas are "Swim at Your Own Risk," as no lifeguards are on duty.

Minimum Age Rental = 21 years old ✅ Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement & ID verification ✅ You may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional fee per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include: Additional wood - $60 2 hr late check out - $50 4 hr late check out - $100 6 hr late check out - $150 & More ! CHECK IN/OUT: 1) Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, please message us for any requests. 2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a fee. 3) Wrist bands for amenities can be picked up at the office GUEST CHECK IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. 3) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one. HOUSE SUPPLIES We provide a starter supply of essentials such as dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. SMART TV Streaming service logins are not provided . PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE 1) Please note Lawn Services typically come on Wednesday, we ask for your cooperation during this time if the services come during your stay. LAUNDRY SPACE 1) Washer/dryer located in the home for use 2) Some supplies may be left over by previous guests but please plan accordingly and pack essentials needed if you plan on doing wash during your stay.
