Bedroom 1: 1 King bed Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds Bedroom 4: 1 Twin Bunk bed Living Room: Couch ☆☆BATHROOMS☆☆ There are 2.5 bathrooms stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. ☆☆KITCHEN & LOUNGE☆☆ The kitchen is equipped with appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. This thoughtfully designed area also provides a dinning table to enjoy a nice meal with views of the lake. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆ The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous lakefront views directly from the backyard patio or deck. Whether relaxing on the dock and sipping coffee or lighting a fire during sunset, theres something for everyone. A Kayak on the property with a life jacket.Catch and release fishing directly from the dock. Hammock for lounging. ☆☆ COMMUNITY☆☆ Throughout the year, our Playground, Basketball Courts, and Fishing Lakes remain open for use daily from 7 AM until dusk. The Swimming Lake and pool area are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year. The hours for these areas are as follows: Swimming Lake: 7 AM - Dusk Pool: 11 AM - 7 PM Please note that all swimming areas are "Swim at Your Own Risk," as no lifeguards are on duty.

COMMUNITY/HOUSE RULES 1)No Smoking 2)No Fireworks in or around the community, if caught with fireworks all fees will be paid by guest. 3)Quiet time: 10pm - 6am 4) 1 Kayak on the property with 1 adult life jacket. Use at your own risk. Please do not use if you do not know how to swim. 5) Lake swimming is at your own risk. CHECK IN/OUT: 1) Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, please message us for any requests. The Fees are as follows: 1-3 hours = $75 3-5 hours= $100 5+ hours= $175 4) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a $250 fee. 5) Wrist bands for amenities can be picked up at the office GUEST CHECK IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. 3) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one. CAR RULES 1) No Street parking. Please park all cars in driveway. 2) Speed limit in community is 15-25mph. It will be posted around the community. 3) Maximum of 5 cares in the driveway. TRASH RULES 1) Trash must be placed in the bins located on the side of the house. 2) Must separate recyclables such as plastic, glass and aluminum and deposit them in the appropriate dumpster. FIREPIT (BURN BAN IN EFFECT CURRENTLY DUE TO DROUGHT- CANT BE USED CURRENTLY) FIREPIT RULES 1) Wood or fire starter equipment is not provided, if you would like a shipment prior to arrival for fire pit use please message us to arrange for you. 2) Please ensure fire is not left unattended or overnight. PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE 1) Please note Lawn Services typically come on Wednesday, we ask for your cooperation during this time if the services come during your stay. PET RULES: 1) 2 Pet maximum - Pets must be added to the guest count on the reservation. 2) Undisclosed pets or guests will result in a $150 fine on top of the required payments. 3) Pets can not be left unattended outside the home, including the front or backyard. 4) Please pick up after your pets including inside/outside of home. 5) All pets must be on leash in the community area LAUNDRY SPACE 1) Washer/dryer located in the home for use 2) Some supplies may be left over by previous guests but please plan accordingly and pack essentials needed if you plan on doing wash during your stay.
