All bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 1: 1 King bed Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds Bedroom 4: 1 Twin Bunk bed Living Room: Couch ☆☆BATHROOMS☆☆ There are 2.5 bathrooms stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. ☆☆KITCHEN & LOUNGE☆☆ The kitchen is equipped with appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. This thoughtfully designed area also provides a dinning table to enjoy a nice meal with views of the lake. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆ The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous lakefront views directly from the backyard patio or deck. Whether relaxing on the dock and sipping coffee or lighting a fire during sunset, theres something for everyone. A Kayak on the property with a life jacket.Catch and release fishing directly from the dock. Hammock for lounging. ☆☆ COMMUNITY☆☆ Throughout the year, our Playground, Basketball Courts, and Fishing Lakes remain open for use daily from 7 AM until dusk. The Swimming Lake and pool area are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year. The hours for these areas are as follows: Swimming Lake: 7 AM - Dusk Pool: 11 AM - 7 PM Please note that all swimming areas are "Swim at Your Own Risk," as no lifeguards are on duty.

Minimum Age Rental = 25 ✅ Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification. It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! You can even share it with friends and family! Got questions? Just message us anytime! CHECK IN/OUT: 1) Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, please message us for any requests. 2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a $250 fee. 3) Wrist bands for amenities can be picked up at the office GUEST CHECK IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera. 3) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one. SMART TV Streaming service logins are not provided . PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE 1) Please note Lawn Services typically come on Wednesday, we ask for your cooperation during this time if the services come during your stay. LAUNDRY SPACE 1) Washer/dryer located in the home for use 2) Some supplies may be left over by previous guests but please plan accordingly and pack essentials needed if you plan on doing wash during your stay.
